IRVING, Texas (SportsTicker) – The American Conference announced its annual postseason awards and all-conference team on Monday. Tiphani Knight earned the American Conference Freshman of the Year. Knight and Cherry Marley both earned all-conference honors.
Knight finished the season averaging 73.22 per round. She tallied six top-25 and three top-10 finishes during the 2025-26 season. Her best finish came at the Bell Bank “Pay It Forward” Collegiate, where she finished third. She recorded three rounds in the 60s, including a career-low 67 (-4) in Round 1 of the Bell Bank “Pay It Forward” Collegiate. She was the Bulls’ top performer in four tournaments. She tallied 66 birdies and one eagle during her first year.
Marley averaged 73.69 this season. She recorded six top-25 and four top-10 finishes, including an individual championship at the White Sands Bahamas Invitational. She was the top finisher at three tournaments for USF. She posted 78 birdies and three eagles on the year.
She recorded a low round of 68 (-5) in the final round of the Pat Bradley Invitational and a 68 (-4) in the opening round of the American Conference Championship. She finished with five rounds in the 60s.
