Orlando City SC Takes Down New England Revolution 2-1

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – Martín Ojeda scored a brace as Orlando City SC (10-6-8, 38 points) earned a 2-1 win over the New England Revolution (6-10-7, 25 points) on Saturday night at Gillette Stadium, securing its 10th victory of the 2025 MLS regular season.

Ojeda opened the scoring shortly after the quarter-hour mark, receiving a lofted through ball from Eduard Atuesta, faking out the Revolution goalkeeper, and calmly slotting the ball into the open net. New England equalized 10 minutes into the second half through Tomás Chancalay, but Ojeda quickly restored the lead just three minutes later.

Iván Angulo broke down the left side of the Revolution defense, beating multiple defenders before sliding the ball to Ojeda, who rocketed his shot off the underside of the crossbar and in for the game-winner.

Ojeda’s brace brought his goal contribution total to 22 on the season, with 12 goals and 10 assists in MLS play. That ties him with former captain Nani (2019) for the most productive regular season in club history.

The win also marked Orlando’s second consecutive victory at Gillette Stadium, following last year’s 3-1 result in Foxborough.
