ST. AUGUSTINE (www.jaxsportsday.com) – The Flagler volleyball team opened their 2026 season by putting on their first ever Alumni Game Saturday afternoon in the Flagler Gymnasium.
Head coach Jeff Reynolds was ecstatic to see old and new faces for this event.
“We were absolutely thrilled with the turnout. It was so great to see so many alumni and their family here today. It means so much to our team to have the opportunity to meet and play against those who have built such a tremendous legacy.”
“We look forward growing this event and having it become a year tradition.”
During the summer, the Flagler Athletics staff put up some new additions to the gym, including a brand-new video board and different light fixtures.
“We appreciate our game management staff as well for putting on such a great event that included the use of our new video board and lights. We’re so excited about all the new technology and how it will enhance the game day environment.
After an intense but exciting three set match against the alumni, the Saints can’t wait to start their season and have an even better one than last.
