Trailing 10-0, the Jaguars were set up with good field position when Jamal Agnew returned a kickoff 54 yards. The Jaguars got on the scoreboard when Kirk caught a 25-yard touchdown pass from Lawrence.
Jacksonville earlier drove to the Titans 22 to open the second quarter when Lawrence fumbled pitching the ball to Agnew. The Titans recovered on their own 31. They went 69 yards and scored on Dobbs’ 21-yard TD pass to Chig Okonkwo.
Tennessee took the opening kickoff against the favored Jaguars. Neither team could move the ball on their first possessions. The Titans went 51 yards on their next try to take a 3-0 lead on Bullock’s 51-yard field goal. The drive saw Tennessee covert twice on fourth down. Two costly penalties pushed Tennessee back from the Jaguars 20-yard line.
Henry ran for 71 yards in the first half. Dobbs was 12 of 15 for 114 yards.
The Jaguars won the AFC South for the first time since 2017. They will host a playoff game next weekend.
